How it works

Light. Smolder. Cover. Control.

Add wood bits or pellets, light them, let them smolder, then set the second VersaGrill pan on top as a lid. Open the side vents for airflow. Close them down to hold heat and stretch the smoke.

Smoke methods

Pre-Smoke

Smoke for 10 minutes before cooking to set a base layer of flavour.

Infuse During
